The Sweat Studios is all about efficient fun workouts for every body and workout level.  Every class will keep you moving in new ways so that you never get bored.  Our highly trained instructors all have an extensive background in Pilates, Plyometrics, Yoga and personal training so you know you will always get the best workout that is safe and effective.  We offer both customized private and group sessions daily!

Full Body Sweat

The most complete 55 minute workout.  Fun and motivating music, highly trained instructors and pilates based equipment will work your body from every angle

Sweat Your Booty Off

Straight to the point- 40 minutes of a lower body focused workout... sculpt the legs and booty you've always wanted

Sweat to Your Core 

Focus on strengthening your core for 35 minutes...  leave feeling stronger and taller

Sweaty Restore

This 60 minute class is all about mobility and recovery.  Yoga meets pilates to lengthen and stretch all your muscles and leave you feeling refreshed.
